JIT Delivery
Q-Impress Turning is a chain supplier delivering according to the "Just in Time" standard. In order to ensure our standard we keep an agreed minimum amount of your items in stock. For further information regarding our stock, please see under "kept in stock" among our services.
Delivery and production are coordinated in a way such as to render superfluous all, or almost all storage on the customer’s premises. Deliveries will be exactly in time, "Just in Time", so no storing is necessary at the customer side. This will in the end cancel all storage costs and corresponding additional costs for our customers. Even our packing can be comprised in the “Just in Time” service; see under "Packing" among our services.

Kept in stock
At Q-Impress Turning you can issue an annual order that will be kept in stock by Q-Impress Turning. Consequently, you can call for your items according to schedule. This will reduce your storage volume and storage costs and raise your production flexibility, as Q-Impress Turning will keep your stock, making it instantly available in case of emergency orders or rising demand.

Quality
Q-Impress Turning has a well-provisioned measuring chamber. This enables us to submit all products supplied by Q-Impress Turning to severe checks and tests. All products delivered to you have been proven to comply with the highest requirements, in conformity to the "Q" in “Q-Impress Turning”, i.e.: "Impressive Quality".
On request we can provide the supplied product with a measuring report and a materials certificate.
Our quality requirement does not only regard our products but also the environment. Q-Impress Turning has joined IMDS and can submit products on behalf of its customers, ensuring recycling after the product’s lifetime has ended.

Packing
Q-Impress Turning can process the packing according to your requirements. Basic principle is that the product will be packed damage-free and complying with health and safety standards (max. 18 kg). Packing will then be handled according to customer specifications. Packing options comprise limiting the number of items in each package, package dimensions, use of ecologically safe packing materials, if required various parts in a single package etc... Packing types available at Q-Impress Turning are, among others:
- boxes
- plastic bags
- display packing
- customised boxes
- etc.
In case you require a special packing, please request an overview of the various options. Q-Impress Turning will be glad to send you samples of the packing of your request.
Post-treatment
Q-Impress Turning can take care of the post-process treatment of your product. Post-treatments offered by Q-Impress Turning comprise:
- Nickel plating
- Chromium plating
- Staining
- Polishing
- Grinding
- Zinc coating in various colours
- Anodising
- etc.

Assembly
Q-Impress Turning can take care of the pre-assembly of your products. This may consist in mounting the various parts into the final product, assembling various (turning) parts into a single set, soldering or welding the parts etc.
Furthermore Q-Impress Turning may handle the assembly of parts manufactured by Q-Impress Turning together with customer-supplied or purchased parts.
